Bizarre: See tubers of yam with human shape

Are these really tubers of yam? coz they look scary. It reminds me of those days of "gbomo gbomo" when we were told that if you pick money on the street or take anything from strangers, that you would turn into a tuber of yam. Am sure we remember the story? Anyways this is not a gbomo gbomo story, it was gotten from the internet. Are these just tubers of yam or a story from my past?
