Uganda (Reuters/NAN) United States officials on Saturday warned their citizens in Uganda to stay home or go to a safe location as authorities conducted an “operation” against a suspected terror cell in the capital of Kampala.
“All U.S. citizens are advised to stay at home or proceed to a safe location,” U.S. mission in Uganda said.
The statement however did not give further details.
