Drake turns 28 on October 24, and he’s had quite a year. It’s been four years since he dropped his first studio album, but Drake still makes us go crazy for his music. Wish this sexy rapper a happy birthday!
Happy birthday, Drake! The incredibly sexy rapper turns 28 on October 24. 2014 has been a great year for Drake. He continued to reign supreme in the music industry and made his Saturday Night Live hosting debut on Jan. 19; also serving as the musical guest. Let’s take a look back at Drake’s year in photos!Drake had quite the year. In the span of just 12 months, he hosted SNL to critical acclaim, hooked up with Rihanna, broke up with her, ended his feud with Chris Brown, hosted the ESPY Awards, dissed Rihanna in concert, received a lap dance from Nicki Minaj, stole a NBA player’s girlfriend, and most recently, he was majorly dissed by his label mate, Tyga!
That’s a lot for one person to go through in one year, but Drake came out unscathed.
He also released his album, Nothing Was The Same, shortly before his 27th birthday, so Drake has been busy promoting that throughout the year. Plus, his latest effort won Album Of The Year at the 2014 BET Hip Hop Awards on Oct. 14, 2014!
The next year looks to be just as good for Drake! In July 2014, the rapper announced that the name of his fourth album would be Views from the 6, so can only assume he’ll be working on that.
