North West: How Kim Kardashian Will Make Sure She’s Not Spoiled

Believe it or not, Kim Kardashian does NOT want North West to be a spoiled brat. In fact, she has plans to teach her little girl how to work hard and save money once she’s old enough to do so.

North West, 1, might be living in the lap of luxury right now, but hopefully she isn’t getting too comfortable with it. According to her mama, Kim Kardashian, 34, Nori will be taught the true value of hard work as she gets older. Wonder if Kanye West, 36, agrees?

If your parents were Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, you would probably assume you were set for life, right?
Unfortunately, for North West, that is simply not the case.
In a recent interview with ES magazine, North’s mom, Kim, revealed that she wants North to have to work for what she wants just like she did.
“I was saying that earlier to my friends, ‘I wonder what [North’s] first job is gonna be’. And they were like, ‘What? She’s gonna have a job?’ and I was like, ‘Are you kidding me? Of course she is.’ She will have to work for what she wants,” Kim explained.

Kim went on to explain how when she was a teenager in high school she worked in a clothing store so that she could save up money to buy herself designer things. One day, she hopes to instill the same values on North so that she can have the things she wants and work hard to be just as successful as her parents.
Although it’s surprising to hear, it’s wonderful to know that Kim does not want North to be just another trust fund baby in Los Angeles.

When asked to elaborate one what Kim hopes North could do for a living one day, the clothing designer revealed that her daughter “loves” fashion.
“I don’t know. She loves fashion. Maybe she’ll be a designer. Who knows? It’s too early to tell,” Kim said.
Of course North loves fashion! She’s a little fashionista, and her style was a front row centerpiece during Paris Fashion Week, which she attended with both of her parents.
Not to mention that if North really does want to get into fashion when she’s older, she already has an in. Kanye could always make a call to his pal and fashion industry legend, Anna Wintour, while Kim could always offer North a job at DASH or Kardashian Kids.
