All hail, Godney! Britney Spears, 33, looked insanely fabulous while flaunting her hot figure on the January/February 2015 issue cover of Women’s Health. The pop queen, and also mother of two, talks everything from dancing to dieting. See what she said!
We love that Britney takes such pride in her fabulous figure. On the cover of the magazine, Brit is seen wearing her glowing smile while sporting a strapless peach-colored bikini and black blazer. Amazing!
The “Work B****” singer, who’s been busy stealing the spotlight in Las Vegas, spilled her special secrets on how she achieved her beautiful physique.
“Dancing is a great cardio workout. Tough and fun at the same time. I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time,” Britney said according to Us Weekly. “I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio, usually running, move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and situps, then finish it off with a stretch.”
So basically she’s quoting her smash hit song: “You want a hot body? You better work b****!”
As for her diet, Britney says she’s very into “raw food”, including sushi and any kind of fruit. She did reveal, however, that she has a weakness for sweet tea.
Miranda Lambert mentioned in the June 2014 issue of Women’s Health that Britney is her inspiration for her workouts.
“If I put on Britney, I can picture Britney’s body,” Miranda said to the magazine. “And I’m like, ‘Oh! Faster!'”
We get the feeling Miranda isn’t the only one who looks up to Britney’s hot body!
