David Beckham, 39, is so excited about family life that he’s begging wife Victoria Beckham, 40, for a fifth child. But the fashionista and mother of four isn’t quite as excited about the idea as her soccer-star husband. Can they reach a compromise on the size of their ever-growing family?
Are David and Victoria Beckham working on having another baby? The stylish duo are already parents to four: sons Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 11, Cruz, 9 and baby girl Harper, 3. Most would argue that four kids are quite enough, but David is so taken with fatherhood and family life that he’s ready to add another bundle of joy to their already abundant family.
But family matriarch Victoria isn’t quite as convinced that the Beckham brood needs new members.
Her main concern? Her age. At 40, Victoria is anxious about going into a pregnancy at such an advanced maternal age. While plenty of older mothers go full term with little to no issues, it could be an unnecessary gamble — especially when the couple has already been blessed with babies four times over.
We think that just one more baby would be a great addition to the Beckham family — especially if David and Victoria act fast! Wouldn’t it be great if there were just one more little princess for little Harper to play with in that house full of boys?
